There are two easy and convenient ways to order KODAK motion picture films and products.
1. KODAK Customer Service Counter
At the KODAK customer service counter in Tokyo, you are able to purchase motion picture films and products with payment by bank transfer in advance or one of the following credit cards: VISA card, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diner's Club. You may also choose installment or a revolving payment depending on your credit card.
Please order by phone in advance of using the KODAK customer service so that we may better service you.
Open: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 04:30 p.m.
If you are unable to pickup merchandise during the scheduled hours please inform the customer service counter at time of purchase.
2. Mail-Order Service
To order by mail, first, verify the merchandise is in stock and the total purchase price for your order by e-mail or telephone. Second, call, e-mail or fax your order to the KODAK customer service counter in Tokyo. The customer service counter will need the following information when processing your order: credit card type, credit card number, expiration date, cardholder's name (as it appears on the credit card), delivery address and phone number (in order to contact you).
All merchandise may be purchased with one of the following credit cards: VISA card, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and Diner's Club.
Payments on orders placed through door-to-door delivery service will be guaranteed with a credit card in order to finish processing the order. Additional expenses may be required when products need to be delivered via bike messenger and/or air service.
